Every pair of ntm studs is individually hand forged and detailed with their own unique textured detail. These perfectly imperfect pairs come in sterling silver, copper or brass.

These studs are approx 7-8mm in size.

Please note that for comfort of wear we intentionally bend all our earring posts.

Ntm pieces are designed and made for daily wear. This is the best way to keep your piece/s looking their best. Your ntm piece will be accompanied with instructions on the best way to store and care for your piece. Further information can be found here on our website.

All materials used are solid and nickel free. We do not plate alternative metals.
ORDERS:
- All NTM pieces are made to order. Once an order has been placed and payment made the customer accepts that they are committed to the purchase. Please notify us immediately if for some reason you wish to change or canel your order. Changes MAY be considered or accepted on a case by case basis.

- Upon receipt of your order and payment we will contact you with an accurate lead time to fulfull your order (have you order ready to post). The fulfulment date will be no longer than 30 days from the date you placed your order. In case of any reason or circumstance outside of our control we reserve the right to suspended or delay the fulfulment of any order. In such a case we will contact you immediately and you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

- Due to each piece of ntm jewellery being individually handcrafted and one of a kind pieces may not appear exactly the same as those on our website. We have done our best to accuratley describe and illustrate the appearance of each piece. Colours, textures, finishes and sizes may vary. We celebrate this unique nature of our product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- We want you to love our NTM piece as much as we loved creating it for you. If for some reason the item you receive is not what you had anticipated please let us know as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to resonably resolve this for you.

- If you change your mind or wish to return your piece/pieces to us you are responsible for the item being returned to us in its original, unused condition. If you intend to return or exchange any piece/s you must notify us via email within 5 days of the delivery comfirmation date. Refunds and returns are not available if pieces are not returned in their original unused condition.

- Shipping costs are non refundable

WARRANTY AND CARE:
- We take pride in creating all of our pieces to the highest quality. Your ntm piece/s are designed and made to be enjoyed everyday. It is the nature of such pieces (and how they are worn) that there will be a level of expected wear and tear from the intended use. A degree of consideration as to the limitations of materails used and construction is important (for example our necklace chains are strong and made to withstand reasonable daily wear but not designed to withstand being excessively pulled or caught on things).

- Discolouration (tarnish) of pieces is not deemed a fault. Pieces will tell a story of how they worn, how often they are worn, how they are stored and what they are exposed to. Care and cleaning instructions are supplied with each purchase. Further details can also be found here on our website. Please contact us if you have any further questions in regards to product care.

- All of our pieces leave the studio in perfect finished condition. Each order is packaged so that it will arrived to you as it left us. If you feel that the item you receive is faulty in some way please contact us immediately upon receipt.
